Chinese Odyssey Volume 6

This last volume of Chinese Odyssey focuses on topics related to Chinese society, such as marriage, population, the economic system, politics, and environmental protection. Students are strongly encouraged to not only understand these topics, but also to learn how to argue for or against them. By the end of Volume 6, students should have a large vocabulary base in addition to reading, writing, listening, and grammar proficiency. Students should have flowing language skills and be well-versed in Chinese culture and society, both past and present.
